If you notice any inaccuracies with your child's name, please inform us (you can make a note on your order). Replacement group prints are charged at full price in the instance of corrections that have not been brought to our attention by the time of going to print. Late orders are usually fulfilled within three weeks of being placed.
Please check group photos closely when ordering and notify us of any discrepancies with names, either by making a note on your order or emailing us directly at orders@inspirephotography.co.nz. Group names cannot be amended once the fundraising period finishes.
Digital files are purchased as is, and are available to download once purchase has been completed and paid for.
For minor retouching please make a note of what is required on your order: retouching fees will apply.
Any retouching will be done after the main ordering period has finished and you will be notified by email when you can download edited images.
