• Payment is required before the order is processed
• All prices include GST and are in New Zealand Dollars
• Delivery dates and times are available on each gallery description. Please read carefully
• Unpaid orders will be automatically removed from the system as soon as Earlybird pricing expires
• When you pay by Paypal, you will receive an automatic email confirming your payment. If you do not receive payment confirmation within 3 days it is likely we have not received your payment; please check your bank statement and contact us if you have any queries
• Order cancellations must be made 24 hours after order has been placed. After this period 50% of the order is still payable on cancellation. Once your order has been printed and delivered, orders cannot be cancelled
• Refunds on orders will be made only after re-printing or re-taking your child's photographs. If you the customer are still unhappy, only then will a refund be made
• Orders that are made after the Earlybird order period expires will be required to either pick up prints from our studio or have them posted out to you (additional $6-7)
• Please check we have the correct spelling for your child if you have purchased a Kindy/School/ECE group photograph and email us any corrections immediately, as adjustments/reprints that need to be made after the orders are printed will be charged to you at full price
• Kindy and school orders made within the main ordering period can be dropped off at the kindy/school or you can choose to have them posted.
Inspire Photography does not bear any responsibility for posted untracked orders.  You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been posted.
• All Kindy/School/ECE orders are batch-processed together and will be ready 2-3 weeks after the closing date for orders. This includes all prints and orders to be posted
• Digital files will be delivered electronically after payment has been established; Low Res files will be available straight away via download link and High Res files will be delivered around the same time that the prints are returned to the centre/school.
• If you are picking up your order then please call or email ahead of time to schedule a time to pick up your order.
• Our business trading name is Inspire Photography Ltd. Please look for this on all your billing records
